Bill Johnson who is a fifth-generation pastor and a leader of Bethel Church in Redding recently mentioned that he’s going to vote for Trump and compared his achievements with that of Joe Biden. He also mentioned that the media has wrongly and falsely portrayed Trump and said that the media called him a “racist, misogynist, and xenophobe.”
Johnson said, “For me, it is worthy of note that I’ve never seen a president who loved prayer as much as Donald Trump — and that includes from those I voted for and those I didn’t. His passion for godly counsel is also legendary. His historic actions for Israel should appeal to believers, as the biblical mandate to pray supportively for Jerusalem is a clear priority in scripture.”
He also clarified that he is not forcing or influencing anyone to only vote for Trump but just clarifying his roles. Johnson also mentioned that he would continue to pray for Trump as he did for others and said, “I pray for those who are in fear or uncertainty leading up to this election, that God Himself would give them peace and a hope-filled promise. And finally, I pray that each of us would have a life of realizing the fulfillment of dreams, with great health and blessing in every area of life.”
Also, he reiterated that keeps on praying for everyone who gets stuck in tension or in the emotional turbulence which leads him/her to the destruction of his/her inner peace. He claimed that he would pray for Trump that God would give him peace and shower blessings upon him and his family.
