Wearing masks and following the social distancing norms like sanitizing hands, have become the new normal and it poses great importance in keeping the coronavirus at bay. Various establishments have reopened their stores only after following the crucial social distancing rules and limitations have also been relaxed under the same purview. Apparently, a customer of Subway didn’t adhere to that and was filmed throwing items and ranting over being asked to wear the mask. He claimed that he’s a free person and does not wear a mask.
According to reports, the man was filmed by a customer who was standing in the queue, and then the video was posted online on Reddit’s Public Freakout forums. The man didn’t disclose as to which Subway’s location was recorded and while the unmasked man was screaming and yelling a lot of words, the only sentence which could be clearly heard was, “I am free.”
As per the footage, the man is seen arguing with the Subway worker where the worker asked him to put on the mask and claimed that the restaurant can be closed by the health department. To which, the man replied, “The health department’s over, don’t listen to them. I have freedom! I have rights! Serve the people!”
And in the entire video, he is seen making comments and yelling like I am a free man and arguing with the worker who had been continuously asking him to put on the mask. Well, at the end of the video, the unmasked man sought help from his fellow customers but nobody did and then he walked out with another tantrum.
